I live with my wife & 2 youngest children in Anchorage, Alaska, with a retirement & vacation home in one of my favorite places on earth - Thorne Bay, on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. I've lived most of my life in Newberg, Oregon, but have also lived in Oklahoma, South Dakota, California, Idaho, and New Mexico.

I love to get out into this great big wonderful world God has made, and will do just about whatever it takes to do that. Hunting, and especially Upland Bird Hunting (Chukar, Quail, Huns, Pheasant),Fishing, Hiking, Backpacking, Camping, Boating, 4 wheeling (either on my ATV or my old '69 Toyota FJ40 Landcruiser), Crabbing, Clamming, etc. It's hard to fit it all in.

In the near future, I'm planning on devoting 1-3 months each summer into the foreseeable future constructing one or more cabins on our acreage in Thorne Bay. I enjoy getting together with fellow hunters, and seeing what adventures God has in store for me in this life. It's been a great one, so far.
